Returns/Refunds Policy
**If you would like to return an item to The Shipibo Market, you must contact us first** Please email us at via the contact form to set up your return.

Damaged Orders:
Any damages must be reported within 3 working days of receiving your order. Royal Mail/Courier may request that the damaged items be posted to them for further investigation. Please make a note of the date and time of your delivery if this is possible.

Unwanted Items:
Customers can return their order within 7 working days after they have received their goods. The order must be in a satisfactory condition and the package/bottle/container unopened.

A full refund for the cost of the goods only and not the postage, will be given once the goods are received. The customer must obtain proof of posting from the company which they use to return the goods. The cost of returning the goods is payable by the customer.

Items returned without prior contact may not be properly identified and this may either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to an improper address due to failure to contact us for return information are not our responsibility to refund or reship.

We encourage all our customers to ensure the products they order are suitable for their needs and, as we are human, that no errors have occurred when the product has been picked in our warehouse.

Customs-Related Issues:

If your package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned to us, we will issue you a prompt refund, less the shipping costs. If it is not returned to us, we cannot issue you a refund. Most orders are held by Customs for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. Please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.

We do not refund the cost of shipping or handling.

Before returning any item, please contact us by email to confirm.

The goods must be returned to the address given upon acceptance of the return by The Shipibo Market.

When returned items are received in their original, unopened condition, a refund will be issued.  In cases where a replacement product is sent and if the original error was the fault of The Shipibo Market, we will provide a return envelope for you to return the incorrect/unsuitable item.

For all other returns for unwanted/unsuitable products, we strongly recommend that items are well packed and sent by recorded delivery. Refunds will not be made until goods are received by The Shipibo Market. in their original, unopened condition.The Shipibo Market accepts no responsibility for returns lost before confirmed receipt by our office.
